LSA Compliance

Disclaimer

Lone Star Armory (LSA) is committed to full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations concerning the manufacturing, sale, transfer, and export of firearms, components, and technical data. LSA adheres to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), as well as the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) regulations. Compliance with these laws is critical to our operations, and we take all necessary measures to ensure that our products and services are handled responsibly and legally.

1. ITAR Compliance
All defense articles and technical data offered by LSA are subject to ITAR regulations and control. ITAR restricts the export, re-export, and transfer of defense articles, technical data, and defense services to foreign persons and entities without proper authorization or a valid license issued by the U.S. Department of State. This includes the physical export of products as well as the transfer of controlled technical data through digital means (e.g., email, online platforms).

LSA prohibits unauthorized exports, re-exports, and transfers of controlled products, technologies, or technical data to any non-U.S. person or entity. Attempting to circumvent or violate these regulations can result in severe civil and criminal penalties under federal law.

2. DDTC Compliance
Lone Star Armory is a registered manufacturer with the DDTC, complying with all guidelines and procedures stipulated by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As part of this compliance, we ensure that our products, including firearms, accessories, and technical data, are only exported in accordance with DDTC licensing requirements.

Exporting defense articles without proper licensing from the DDTC is strictly prohibited and is punishable under the AECA. All transactions involving the transfer of defense articles outside the United States are closely monitored to prevent unauthorized disclosures or exports.

3. ATF Compliance
LSA is a licensed manufacturer under the ATF and strictly adheres to the guidelines set forth under the Gun Control Act (GCA), the National Firearms Act (NFA), and other federal regulations that govern the manufacturing, sale, and transfer of firearms and ammunition. All transactions are conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, and LSA will only sell or transfer products to individuals or entities legally eligible to possess them.

LSA complies with ATF requirements for background checks, record-keeping, serialization, and reporting. We reserve the right to refuse sales or transfers to individuals who do not comply with federal, state, or local regulations regarding the purchase or possession of firearms.

4. State and Local Compliance
In addition to federal regulations, LSA adheres to all state and local laws governing the sale and possession of firearms, ammunition, and accessories. It is the responsibility of the customer to be familiar with and comply with the laws in their jurisdiction. Customers must provide valid identification and, where applicable, documentation proving their eligibility to purchase restricted items.

LSA will not ship or transfer restricted items to states, municipalities, or territories where such items are prohibited by law.

5. Export Control Restrictions
By accessing or using LSA’s website and services, you acknowledge that products, technology, and technical data may be subject to U.S. export control laws. You agree not to export or re-export, directly or indirectly, any LSA products, technology, or technical data without the necessary licenses or approvals from the relevant U.S. government agencies, including the DDTC and the Department of Commerce.

Export control laws also extend to information and software downloaded or accessed electronically. Any person or entity accessing such data agrees to comply fully with all U.S. export controls.

6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for understanding and adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to the purchase, ownership, and transfer of firearms, ammunition, and accessories. Customers must certify their eligibility and legality to purchase and possess these items. LSA does not bear responsibility for customer misuse or failure to comply with applicable regulations.

By purchasing any restricted items from LSA, customers agree to provide all necessary documentation and identification to verify compliance with applicable laws and regulations. LSA reserves the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or request additional documentation if compliance cannot be verified.

7. Prohibited Parties and Transactions
LSA strictly prohibits transactions with entities or individuals on any U.S. government restricted, denied, or debarred lists. This includes but is not limited to entities and persons designated by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and those listed on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Entity List.

We conduct due diligence checks for all export orders to ensure compliance with applicable U.S. government lists and regulations. Transactions found to involve sanctioned or restricted parties will be immediately halted, and law enforcement agencies may be notified.

8. Violations and Penalties
Unauthorized export, transfer, or disclosure of LSA’s defense articles, technical data, or services in violation of ITAR, AECA, ATF, or any other federal law may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, including but not limited to fines, imprisonment, and suspension of export privileges.

LSA reserves the right to take appropriate action if any customer or transaction is suspected of violating compliance regulations. This includes canceling transactions, banning customers, and reporting activities to the relevant authorities for further investigation.
